We are Jutly, Inc., a Delaware corporation that provides a simulation authoring, distribution, and assessment platform for online ai-driven experiential learning experiences.

Refunds: How They Work

 

If your school, hospital, or employer enrolled you

Contact your program administrator first. Refunds follow their policies, and Jutly can only process a refund if your program approves it.

If you paid Jutly directly

You can get a full refund if you cancel before the official course start date. After the start date, refunds are not available (except if the course is cancelled or you cannot access it due to a technical issue).

Changes to Terms:

The website owner reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
